In Jordan’s Honor, Ltd. a charitable , 501 c (3) organization established by Jordan’s Mother to honor Fallen Marine LCpl Jordan C. Haerter, from Sag Harbor, NY.

Jordan is the recipient of the Navy Cross For Extraordinary Heroism, our nation’s second highest award for Valor in Combat. This was awarded posthumously for the heroic actions of Jordan alongside fellow Marine, Cpl Jonathan T Yale on 22 April 2008.

In Jordan’s Honor, Ltd. will receive the proceeds from funds raised through this race. We honor and celebrate with a financial award, High School graduates who choose to serve their Country through the Military or Law Enforcement and Jordan would have done.

We financially support the Jordan Haerter Veterans Transitioning home in Greenville, SC. This home was established in Jordan’s name to help Veterans with a hand up coming out of the VA system to get back into the workforce and keep the promise of good life decisions.

We support the East End PFC Joseph Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Group through our local Meals Of Honor. We are making sure we keep the calendar full with Volunteer Chefs each week and supporting any needs at their meetings.

We will always support our troops and our veterans and like-minded organizations.
